Operating since 2003 it is owner managed (not a franchise) by Lesley Meyer-Done and Nicole Owens who collectively have 60 years of nursing and domiciliary experience

Most people prefer to stay in the comfort of their own home for as long as possible, maintaining their independence whilst around familiar surroundings and a life-time full of memories.

The beauty of home care is that it can be personally tailored to your unique needs. We will meet with you in your home prior to care commencing. As part of our visit we will discuss your needs, hopes aspirations and priorities and create a bespoke package of care tailored for you. Where relevant we will gather information from other stakeholders including carer/family, the local authority and other multidisciplinary teams.

We monitor a client’s health and wellbeing and how well the plan is supporting them. This ensures that the amount of care time they’re receiving is appropriate. As part of this we encourage everyone involved to contribute to both the care plan and care diary within their home. The care plan is reviewed within six weeks of the start date and regularly there after.

We also invite feedback via surveys to ensure everyone is happy with the outcomes and quality of the home care services that we are providing.

…I cannot commend your company highly enough… you have proven to be reliable and helpful on all occasions. Two carers in particular, in our opinion go that step further and have shown kindness and understanding towards my aunt. It gives us peace of mind to know that my aunt is looked after properly by such a caring agency
